Eugénio Saranga
Born: 23 September 1971 in Maputo.

A lawyer form origin, and has worked with the Ministry of Justice in Mozambique.

He started drawing and painting in 1984 and is self-educated. From 1994 onward he has taken part in group exhibitions and workshops:

1994	Núcleo de Arte
1995	Arte para além da Taprobana with the artists Kheto, Malangatana, Gemuce and Chissano. This theme exhibition was presented in the:
	Museum of Modern Art in Rio de Janeiro, Brasil and
	the Sociedade Nacional de Belas Artes in Lisbon, Portugal
1997	Workshop Artistas Unidos contra o Sida in Beira
