Galerie Lemaire is pleased to present the exhibition Stories Unfold, featuring works by South African artist Ndikhumbule Ngqinambi (Cape Town, 1977) alongside ethnographic objects from New Guinea. This dialogue between contemporary painting and traditional artifacts invites reflection on the power of image and narrative, and how these can be expressed across cultures through diverse techniques and materials.

This exhibition has been organized in collaboration with SBK Amsterdam and Fons Geerlings (Galerie 23).

Shelby Ouattara is een Belgisch-Ivoriaanse zangeres, songwriter en muzikale ontdekkingsreiziger. Ze viel op in The Voice Belgique met haar warme, krachtige stem en stralende uitstraling. Haar muziek mengt soul, pop en afro-latino invloeden. Haar debuutsingle Happy People is een vrolijk nummer met samba- en afrobeat-elementen. Shelby zingt in het Engels, Spaans, Frans en Portugees, en haalt veel inspiratie uit de Braziliaanse cultuur.
