Is peacebuilding effective? What can peacebuilding in its many forms achieve? Is democracy necessary for achieving peace and are Western approaches to peacebuilding feasible means to approach peacebuilding? If you like to explore those questions, we cordially invite you to the Dies Natalis Conference 2016 of SIB-Groningen with the topic “Peacebuilding on the African Continent”.
