Intergovernmental coordination for Public E-Service Delivery in West Africa with special focus on Ghana
The exponential rate of urbanisation in West Africa necessitates commensurate improvement in service delivery from governments. But huge dissatisfaction is commonly reported on the relatively poor state of public services across the countries in the sub-region. In Ghana, despite many policy interventions to improve public services delivery, weak governmental coordination is identified as a major barrier to improved public service delivery. In this study, qualitative methodology is deployed to explore the functionality of governmental coordination for inclusive public service delivery in Ghana. Speaker: Richard Abankwa Agyepong.
